Returns and Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

You may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.

A nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹99 per order will be applicable, which covers around half of our logistics cost.

Exchange orders will be delivered within 7 days once we receive and inspect the original item.

Please note: Exchange or return is allowed only once per original order.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in good condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

For returns during special sales, applicable discounts will be adjusted based on the number of items returned.

 The refund will be credited to your bank account within 48 hours after pickup.

If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, a ₹140 reverse shipping fee will be deducted. Refunds are processed after we receive and verify the item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned products must be in their original, undamaged condition. Refunds will not be processed for used, damaged, or poorly packed items.

If your return includes a product that came with a freebie, the free item must also be returned. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from your refund.

The return/exchange facility is limited to one time per original order.
